I would argue that photography is one of the most important aspects of marketing a property. The first thing that you as an agent can control is the image of the property that the buyer sees. We know that over 85% of home buyers begin their search online. That first photo the buyer sees becomes the most important piece of your marketing materials. There may be over 50 properties in the buyers search criteria. That first image determines whether the buyer clicks on your house to see more images. The interior shots become the determining factor of whether the buyer decides to make an appointment to see the property. It’s a numbers game. More clicks leads to more appointments which leads to more sales.
